We are delighted to announce that Richard Millett KC has been appointed as a Patron of UK Lawyers for Israel (UKLFI Limited) and UKLFI Charitable Trust.
Richard is Joint Head of Chambers at Essex Court Chambers, London. He was called to the Bar in 1985 and was on the Attorney-General “A” Panel from 2000 to 2004. He was appointed QC (now KC) in 2003.
He served a term on the Guernsey Financial Services Commission Decision-Makers’ Panel from 2013. He has been Counsel to the Grenfell Tower Inquiry from its inception in 2017. He is a permanent member of the BVI and Anguilla Bars and called pro hac vice to the Bars of Cayman and Bermuda. He also sits frequently on sits on international arbitration panels. He is the co-author of Andrews & Millett, The Law of Guarantees (7th edn. 2015).
