UKLFI: Supporting Israel with legal skills

Fake anti-Israel Monday.com ads being removed by TFL

The fake anti-Israel Monday.com adverts are being removed by Transport for London (TfL) across their network.

TfL has responded to the complaint sent in by UK Lawyers for  Israel (UKLFI) and apologized for “any offence or upset caused”.

TfL has written to UKLFI stating: “Please be rest assured, these advertisements, have not been endorsed or sanctioned by TfL.  Our Staff and Contractors, are currently working across the Network, to have this flyposting removed immediately”.

These adverts were reported to UKLFI on 20 February 2025 by a passenger who saw one of them in a train on the Victoria Line of the London Underground.

Monday.com is a work platform that helps businesses manage tasks. It does frequently advertise on the tube, but this time the fake ads are being used to display antisemitic propaganda and abusive accusations against Israel, including genocide, ethnic cleansing and cultural erasure.

A UKLFI spokesperson said “These fake anti-Israel adverts seem to be a perennial problem on the London transport system, whether on tubes or at bus stops. They need to be removed as quickly as possible. TfL should also try harder to prevent them being put up in the first place.”
