We are delighted to announce that Chloe Santaub has been appointed as a director of UKLFI Ltd. Chloe is currently studying for an MA in Human Rights and Transitional Justice at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, having completed a BA in International Politics at the University of London Institute in Paris with First Class Honours.
Chloe has interned at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism at the Reichman University in Herzliya, researching Global Jihad and Cyber-Terrorism; at the Kohelet Policy Forum, researching NGO activities in relation to Israel within a UN framework and Israeli legal issues; at the Center for Near East Policy Research, researching UNWRA; and at the UK Zionist Federation, researching the history of the State of Israel.
Chloe addressed an audience of European Civic Leaders, MPs and Ministers about the hostile environment for Jewish students at European universities at a meeting of the European Jewish Association in Krakow in November 2021. This led to her being invited to a one-on-one meeting with the British Secretary of State for Education, at which she gave further details of difficulties faced by Jewish students in the UK. She also gave a presentation to the British All-Party Parliamentary Group on Antisemitism, which prompted a parliamentary question by Andrew Percy MP to the British Prime Minister.
